Life as Bachelor Student in UniKL MICET (Part 2)

Assalamualaikum guys!!! We hope that all readers had a good day. For this time of our entry, we want to continue about the life as Bachelor students in UniKL MICET. As the new bachelor student, basically we need to make a credit transfer in week one and two. Credit transfer is a way for students to transfer the subjects that they had took during diploma level to decrease the amount of credit that they need to complete their bachelor level.
During these weeks, the students need to fill up the credit transfer form to transfer the subjects that they can transfer from the previous subjects that students took during diploma. As an example, Ex-MICET students can transfer some subjects like Fluid Mechanics, Engineering Graphic and other subjects.
There were many criteria’s that need to student fulfilled before the subject can be transferred. For the first criteria, we need to make sure the subject that we want to transfer in the grade of C to the above. So, when the subject that has lower grade than the qualification needed, the subject can’t be transfer. Besides that, the syllabus of the subject must have 70% of similarity to the previous subject that we took during diploma. After that, we need to wait to make sure the credit transfer has been approved by the dean.
The total credit hours that Bachelor students in UniKL MICET that needs to take are 140 hours to complete their study. By making the credit transfer, the student can reduce the total credit hour to complete the study.
