Exercising during Ramadhan....

Assalamualaikum readers. We hope that everybody is fine. For this entry, we want to share with everyone of u about exercising during fasting month.

Exercising during fasting has always been a debatable issue. Basically, fasting is a kind of test of your patience and willpower. The common question is, is it safe to exercise while fasting? The answer is exactly yes! It is safe exercising while fasting as long as u keeps your exercise regimen on a lower profile. The activity level differs from person to person but one needs to plan before following an exercising schedule during fasting.

It is always better to do light exercises during fasting because in case of over-exercise, you might have to face problems like headaches, vomiting, dizziness, etc. Because of that, it is better to you being careful when exercising during fasting period. You should also understand that only to a certain limit your body can handle the pressure of detoxification. So, we hope that all of you enjoy exercising during this fasting month!
