Hello guys!!! As promised, for this entry, we are going to let people out there, who are our blog followers know some information about the course were taking in UniKL MICET, which is chemical engineering technology in food. Food is undoubtedly the basic necessity for all of us and we cannot afford to spend even a day without it.
Food Engineering is not just concerned with the implementations of agricultural engineering but it also incorporates the principles of chemical engineering to various foods. Food engineering is a very wide field of activities. Prospective major employers for food engineers include companies involved in food processing, food machinery, packaging, ingredient manufacturing, instrumentation and control.
We had some experiences in this particular course as we were taking this course also while in diploma. Throughout the diploma study in this course, we found that this course is not so easy and a bit difficult for us in scoring the subjects taken. Without give up, we are challenging ourselves by taking a bachelor level in the same course. Although it is so hard for us especially it is a bachelor level, we are going to study very hard and smart in order to achieve our goal, which is to become a successful food engineer!!!
